Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Mistral Promotion, 203 avenue Paul Jullien, Domaine de l’Escapade, bâtiment B, 13100 Le Tholonet, France. Contact: contact@mistral-promotion.com.

Contact forms (Contact page, “Make an enquiry” panel, and the contact blocks on the home page and the Development page): name, email address, phone (optional), villa concerned (optional) and message. The enquiry sent also states the form used, the site language and the date of your consent.
No other data is collected: the site uses no analytics and no advertising.

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry about Horizon Marine and to contact you about it. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Enquiries are emailed to the Mistral Promotion team. They are never sold or passed on to third parties.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and enquiry emails are sent by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), both established in the United States and acting as processors. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for no more than three years after your last contact, unless a purchase is in progress.

You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@mistral-promotion.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. A technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE, 12 months) remembers the language you choose; it is not used to track you.

The maps on this site (home page, villa pages, Location) are still images; the interactive OpenStreetMap map only loads if you ask to display it. OpenStreetMap then receives your IP address and applies its own privacy rules.
The film is hosted on this site: playing it calls on no third-party video service.
